Customer Success and Support Representative

About the role
- Be responsible for customer success
- Facilitate client engagements
- Organise their CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems efficiently
- Meet with clients
- Field feedback and requests
- Work with the technical team to provide client feedback
- Assist with on boarding, installation, and training
- Process support requests and communicate resolutions with the client
- Assist with on site support and engagements where necessary
- Report on client health and status
- Hybrid working arrangement
About you:
- Strong client service skills
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Technical understanding of Software / Cloud Services
- The ability to manage multiple customer accounts
