About the Job
We are currently working with an exciting hotel-tech scale-up that wants to see the digital transformation of hoteliers. They have gone global and are looking to expand their hub within the Mother City. This role is specifically for German/Dutch speakers within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the success of German-speaking clients by helping them with the system and informing them about more features they could utilize
- Providing online and telephone training to existing customers
- Helping the marketing team by writing articles and developing manuals, mailings, and videos
Requirements:
- Full fluency in English and German/Dutch
- Experience or education within the hotel industry
