Customer Supply Chain Consultant at Bosch Holdings (Pty) Ltd

Job Description

• An opportunity exists in the Bosch's Automotive Aftermarket division for a Customer Supply Chain Consultant

Duties could include but are not limited to; 

• Handle and respond to all customer requests
• Follow up back-orders and produce status reports

 Automotive telephone sales

• Handling very low level Technical enquiries on parts availability.
• Manage goods return process and credit requests
• Support sales and marketing in promotional activity.
• Data management (including electronic orders)
• Handle technical queries appropriately, including part number interpretation

Experience required;

• SAP knowledge experience is essential
• Good understanding of the supply chain processes
• Automotive parts sales experience an advantage
• Bosch Automotive product knowledge an advantage
•  Strong team player
• Experience in Microsoft packages would be an advantage
