Data Administrator - SAP Human Capital Management (Witbank) at Glencore

Key Responsibilities

• Administering, creating and maintaining accurate data within the systems.
• Liaising with system owners to assist with the maintenance of interfaces between SAP HCM and other peripheral systems.
• Liaising with various teams.
• Maintaining, reviewing and monitoring systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Assisting the Business Analyst – HCM with identifying, testing and implementing of any necessary changes required by business.
• Supporting internal projects to ensure activities are completed within given timelines.
• Assisting with user creation and clean up as well as assigning the correct and relevant roles.

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant degree.
• Driver’s license Code EB (08).

Minimum Experience

• 2 Years’ experience within information systems.
• Good understanding of the SAP Human Capital Management module and related data components.
