Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibility for the preparation, maintenance and reporting of the team’s data requirements including, but not limited to:
- AUM and fund flows
- Database requirements
- Data requests for due diligence questionnaires, requests for proposals and new business tenders
- Client surveys
- Management and board-level reporting
> Continually evaluate and enhance data integrity and data delivery processes
> Manage ad-hoc information requests
> Liaise with staff at various levels of the organization and from other departments to ensure high levels of client service and administration
> Source information from various areas of the business, deal with senior managers for input and take ownership of accurate data delivery within stringent time constraints
> Deal with all relevant business and product related data queries within the team
> Drive data- and process- related projects within the team
> Produce accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date process documentation.
Ideal Experience
> 5 years’ working experience in the financial services industry.
> A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in an analytical/quantitative role
> Experience working within the asset management industry is preferred.
Ideal Qualifications
> Financial mathematics or statistical orientated qualification: BBusSci / BComm / BSc

> Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
> Working knowledge of VBA and Microsoft SQL
> Salesforce experience a distinct advantage
