Planning, designing and analysing various Business Systems used by the CX and Operations teams
Consults with users to identify and document current operating processes, define system requirements and determine functional requirements, both for new systems and for enhancements to current systems
Analyses and presents critical CX data to the business to promote continuous improvement
Analyses databases and user journeys to uncover process and system issues and areas for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma/Degree.
Programming or Systems Analysis related qualification would be advantageous.
