Data Analyst CX at Liyema Consulting

• Planning, designing and analysing various Business Systems used by the CX and Operations teams
• Consults with users to identify and document current operating processes, define system requirements and determine functional requirements, both for new systems and for enhancements to current systems
• Analyses and presents critical CX data to the business to promote continuous improvement
• Analyses databases and user journeys to uncover process and system issues and areas for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma/Degree. 
• Programming or Systems Analysis related qualification would be advantageous.
