Job Purpose:
This role will help the HR COEs (Centre’s of Excellence) use data to drive business insights and performance. This includes data analysis and reporting such as building data and information databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other solutions that optimise statistical efficiency and quality. You will also work with our HR Operations Lead on contract management, employee record keeping, employee on-boarding & off-boarding, administration and compliance management. The role will be required to continually look for ways to improve HR policies and standards and implementing regional and global best practices. Central to the role will be the administration of the employee master data portal managed through the Shared Data Hub portal.
Key Accountabilities:
Research, interpret, analyse, and present data as assigned
Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
Manage up-to-date and organized people-records with complete confidentiality
Understand business needs and objectives to define HR metrics and analytics, dashboards and the HR Scorecard
Implement and maintain analytics solutions – e.g. databases, data collection systems, extraction of reports from multiple sources etc.
Generate (automated) ongoing reports and dashboards in accordance with HR KPIs
Transform raw data into actionable business insights
Work with the HR Operations and HR COEs to prioritise business and information/reporting needs and provide fit for purpose solutions
Apply industry knowledge and keep abreast of industry trends in analytics
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements, storing confidential documents in both electronic and paper formats
Perform adhoc admin tasks as required
Assist COEs on project admin and implementation
Conduct and track audits
Support COEs to ensure site compliance to predetermined SOPs
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Management or related field
At least 1 year general working experience
Knowledge HR/HRIS technology and digital trends, displays curiosity
Proven knowledge and experience in Excel, databases, programming and BI tools
Proven knowledge and experience in Powerpoint
Presentation skills
Analytical ability
Ability to interact effectively with people across all levels
Ability to work independently in a deadline driven environment
Process integrity in handling confidential and sensitive organizational information
Good team player, able to work as part of the HR team, sharing knowledge, ideas and learning from the team
