• We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and adaptable Learning & Development Specialist to join our team!
• This is an exciting opportunity for an L&D professional who enjoys collaborating with subject matter experts, designing engaging training solutions, facilitating learning sessions, and supporting successful system and business change initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design & Develop: Create engaging learning materials, training guides, quick reference guides, and digital learning content.
• Facilitate & Inspire: Support initial training delivery, lead refresher sessions, and build employee capability through interactive learning experiences.
• Enable Change: Reinforce key messages, support employee engagement, and help teams adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Manage the LMS: Oversee course uploads, learner tracking, training records, and compliance reporting.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, enhance learning content, and explore innovative digital learning solutions.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A minimum National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources, Education, Training & Development, or a related field.
• Approximately 4 years’ experience in Learning & Development, including training design and delivery.
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience or exposure to LMS administration and digital learning tools such as Articulate, Scribe, Canva, and Bob Learn.
• An understanding of basic change management principles and experience working in a project-driven environment.

Added advantages:

• A Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in a relevant discipline.
• ETDP SETA-accredited Facilitator certification.
• Prosci Change Management certification or a similar qualification.
