Job Description

To provide core support to the business through the development and maintenance of accurate management information and the analysis of available information. To provide valuable insights for strategic decision making and accurate information for day-to-day operational management.

Minimum Qualifications 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field

Experience Required 

• 2-3 years experience in an automation / Feature Analyst / Product Owner role.
• 2 years experience working with Splunk, Jira, Confluence
• 2-3 Process Analysis experience working with Visio/ Aris tools
• 2-3 experience on NABPS process
• 2-3 years value realisation and benefits tracking required
• 2-3 data analysis experience - SQL, SAS, Teradata
• 2-3 monthly reporting on automation portfolio – Powerpoint
