We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our expanding team. If you are looking to work with a high calibre team, we want to hear from you. An experienced Data Analyst to be involved in an Office 365 migration project.

This is a 9-month CONTRACT position, not a permanent role.

Candidates should data analysis and coordination skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities.

The Data Analyst will ideally have experience in PowerShell, Script writing/reading/understanding and defining of metrics/file classification.

Plan

• Prepare excel reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information and trends.
• Help identify trends and causation of inaccurate and/or incomplete data.
• Plan what data should be kept/removed and any relevant privacy issues and compliance.

Execute

• Report on performance metrics.
• Write/read/understand Scripts.
• Identify, analyses and interpret trends or patterns in rich and complex data sets.
• Develop and implement data sets, data collection systems, and data analytics workflows.

Deliver

• Define metrics/ File classification for the project.
• SME on matters relating to data analytics, building relationships with stakeholder identifying root causes of data issues, potential improvements and how to implement these initiatives.
• Analyse and optimize their performance, facilitating strategic decision making and providing analytical support to key stakeholders

Sound good? What do you need?

• 5 + years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing data sets (e.g., Excel, R, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
• Adept at report writing and presenting to key stakeholders.

Knowledge of PowerShell.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, data models, and databases
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, object-relational mapping, data mining, and segmentation technique
or master’s in mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field of study.
      Very good organisational skills, logical and efficient thinking, and strong attention to detail.

      Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
