This person will lead the development of methodology, criteria, benchmarking as well as the coordination of the implementation of projects within our research portfolio and to play an active role our knowledge management - vetting and qualifying companies for various publications, awards and certification - products spanning more that 15 years. You will be required to ensure that the quality of the data is of top quality and ensure that the CRM data is kept up to date to ensure year on year efficiency for the marketing and sales teams.
You will provide guidance to the research, nominations and sales teams on scoping and best practice. You will also be required to train your team. Develop a strategy and business plan to ensure that the projects all meet deadlines.
Knowledge in the the design and management and application of research methods, monitoring and evaluation, participatory data collection and data quality verification for Medium - Large Companies. The candidate will have managed research project staff and operations and will also have experience delivering consultancy clients.
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment, passionate about driving growth and success through his/her work and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
