Data Capturer (LED) X3 at AbaQulusi Municipality

Annual salary

• R152 285.88 - R196 692.96 task level 5 of a Grade 3 Local Municipality (Task system) plus normal fringe benefits applicable to Local Government.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
• Diploma in Public Administration or any relevant equivalent qualification
• Computer Literacy
• Valid Driver's License
• 1-2 years relevant experience.

Key Performance Areas:

• Compile daily, weekly, monthly LED reports
• Capture LED projects, SMME database, co-operatives, informal traders on municipal system.
• Verify and validate data from field officers and ward meetings.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date LED database and filling system
• Prepare data for LED Forum and Council
• Manage correspondence, minutes, and attendance registers for LED meetings
• Register new SMMEs, update business profiles and contact details
• Capture applications for business support, funding, training, business licenses and informal traders permit
• Track progress of LED support programmes (training, grants, markets)
• Assessing and evaluating Local Economic Development project proposals and applications.
