Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualifications. Basic Computer Literacy. Good interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal and Written). Understanding of customer care, Batho Pele Principles, Administration experience and previous data capturing and administration work will be an added advantage.
Duties:
Capture data from available records into the required formats e.g database, tables and spreadsheets. To verify missing data and errors observed during data entries. Review and analyze all data from the records. Timeously and promptly submit reports. Analyze data to advice on needed trainings to be conducted.
Regularly conduct data validations and data back-up. Update registers and statistics, keep and maintain records and files. Collect files and record information accurately. Ensure records and files are properly sorted and secured and provide information to relevant senior officials. To arrange data review meeting for the sub-district.
To assist in producing indicator sets for the sub-district for monitoring and evaluation purposes. To capture all malaria data including, cases, spraying, entomology and health promotion.
