Data Capturer at RCL Foods

• Our Talent Team is on the lookout for a talented Date Capturer to join the Speciality Baking Division based in Centurion. This role would report to the Plant Engineer. The purpose of the role is support the departments administration and system function and provide technical support on the sites CMMS system. The role will require dealing with other cross functions such as production and quality and supporting with all Scheduling and maintenance planning related queries.

Minimum Requirements    

• N3 technical qualification (minumum) 2+ Year of Pragma Onkey experience
• Advantageous: A recognised trade test Minimum of 2 years experience as Maintenance Planner in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
• 2 to 3 Years’ experience in asset and asset care management Auditing experience advantageous.
• 2-3 years supervision experience is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office- Namely MS Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Projects and Word.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Assist Maintenance Planner with Planning activities according to professional planning standards.
• Ensure that the best planning practices are applied to improve efficiency of maintenance.
• Capture of Engineering data on a day-to-day basis. ·
• Assist and stand-in for maintenance planner.
• Printing of daily maintenance schedules from a CMMS system.
• Assist with reporting on equipment breakdowns and services.
• Raise job cards on request.
• Ensure machine related documentation is completed timeously and accurately.
• Create reports out of CCMS system.
• Distribute breakdown job cards to foreman/artisans.
