Data Engineer (Azure & AWS) at FRG Technology Consulting

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Mid-Level Data Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of data pipelines and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows on various cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security throughout the entire data lifecycle.
• Developing and optimizing data integration processes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data models.
• Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
• Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the data engineering field.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related IT field (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
• Strong proficiency in working with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.
• Solid understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
