Senior Certificate / Grade 12 plus National Diploma / Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Information Technology as recognized by SAQA. ITIL Foundation certification (ITIL Intermediate or Expert preferred). A minimum three (3) years of experience in IT service management, LAN & Desktop Support role. Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience with service management platforms (e.g., Service Now, Any desk, BMC Remedy). Valid driver’s licence.
