Data Transformation Analyst - Custodial Outreach Team at IHS Markit

Your Role

Your duties will include the following:

• Internal distribution of the above mentioned disclosure reports received from our custodian banks.

• E-filling, both on internal folders and external statutory portals, of disclosure reports received for our entire Hong Kong client base for specific clients.

• Any other administrative or filling support required by the custodian team

• You might also be required to do perform other tasks such as custodial outreach (both telephonically and/or electronically)

Requirements

• Matric qualification

• Any administrative experience will be considered as a significant advantage

• Familiarity or interest in the financial market will also be advantageous

Skills Required

• High attention to detail is necessary to provide appropriate administrative support to the team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and multi-tasking abilities

• Strong phone skills: the candidate must have and a willingness to reach out to various parties in the corporate and investment communities.

• Self-motivation, good organization skills and Innovation 

• Proficient in Word and Excel

• Fluent written and conversational skills in English are essential
