The ideal candidate is proactive and highly dedicated. You will be responsible to identify and target potential clients within the retail and manufacturing sector.
You will develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and create value for clients.
This role requires an intelligent individual, excellent communication skills and the confidence and cultural sensitivity to engage with people at all levels, across different geographies. REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales.
University degree in Marketing, Business Development, Retail Sales, or related field.
Demonstrate ability to convert sales and drive profitable revenue.
Proficiency in Category Management, Brand Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail Operations and Financial Management
Ability to analyse and convert large amounts of data into insights and recommendations and present these.
In depth understanding of how categories integrate within the competitive retail landscape.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programmes
Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Global outlook.
Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Able to work both independently and in a collaborative setting, and willing to work from home with limited supervision.
Willing to attend office 1-2 days per week.
Capable of managing multiple projects at once, prioritizing, and problem-solving.
Strong attention to detail.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in software skills with a preference for Google drive, outlook, excel, CRM and Teams.
A stable internet connection.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to meet revenue targets and goal.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients that effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of the company's products and services.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention!
Maintain an update to date track of the leads on the CRM system.
Introduce new ideas and initiatives into the role.
Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up to date on industry trends and best practice.
