    Job Description

    • We are seeking an aspiring technician who will be responsible for Software and Hardware implementation and support to Customers sites that include Electronic Security and Safety Systems, Building Managing Systems, as well as Workforce Management Solutions as per agreement and the relevant South African National Standards. Technician will be responsible for compliance on Project and SLA commitments as per contractual agreements.

    What you'll do:

    • Ensure all required equipment, tools, PPE, documentation and incidentals are available, prepared, and in working order to execute work on-site
    • Assist Project Manager / Service Manager on all relevant tasks as instructed.
    • Project execution
    • Adhere to timelines and standards for implementation to ensure the task is done within the quoted time of the project.
    • Allocating stock used on customer-to-customer contract and complete/update hand-over to service documentation.
    • Preparation of all relevant stock acquired for projects prior to installation.

    • We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer to join our team based at one of our clients within the banking industry (specifically within the Payments Engineering team).
    • The role will support both the existing Mainframe payments platform and the new payments system that will replace it. A key focus will be validating card transaction authorization flows, switching logic, and message processing using ISO 8583 standards.
    • The successful person will implement automation-first testing practices across UI, APIs, and messaging layers, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and using monitoring and production telemetry to continuously improve system quality.

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Assistant Technical Manager with 3–5 years’ maintenance management experience in a similar-sized operation and a strong technical background in electrical, refrigeration and air-conditioning, plumbing, water and sewage treatment, building, carpentry and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience overseeing preventative and breakdown maintenance, managing maintenance teams, contractors, suppliers, budgets and CAPEX projects, while ensuring that lodges, staff villages and reserve facilities are maintained to the highest organisational standards

    What you'll do:

    • Advise on all areas of maintenance in the lodges, staff villages and reserve – both preventative as well as the daily breakdown maintenance, in order for the lodges to be maintained to the highest possible organisational standard at all times.
    • Guide budgeting processes for both the monthly maintenance budgets of the various business units as well as annual CAPEX budgets.
    • Communicate with lodge-managers daily on maintenance needs/requirements and reporting on project progress.
    • Oversight of all administration and financial processes relating to maintenance including ordering, issuing and stock control of supplies and tools and equipment.
    • Training of plumbers, carpenters, wireman, painters and general maintenance staff.

    • Must be experienced/qualified in at least one of the following disciplines - Electrical (single and three phase), Refrigeration and Air-conditioning.

    Debtors Coordinator (iOCO00143)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Debtors coordinator to coordinate client credit accounts, monitor outstanding debt, and support effective cash-flow management. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating client credit status, recommending appropriate credit facility levels to management, processing invoices, reconciling debtor ledger accounts, and proactively managing outstanding payments. 

    What you'll do:

    • Evaluating the credit status of clients to identify debtors and credit level
    • Submit credit facility level recommendations for debtors to management
    • Process invoices against customer accounts
    • Managing queries and ensuring timely payment to debtors
    • Ensuring daily cash and debtor targets are met
    • Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure proper management of debt
    • Conducting business operations in compliance with standard policies and regulations
    • Conducting reconciliation of debtor ledger accounts
    • Ensuring prompt reply to client and internal feedback
    • Commencing legal action against debtors in event of halted payment
    • Forwarding of monthly statements to clients to keep them updated on debt collection activities
    • May be required to perform additional administrative duties

    Your Expertise:

    • Debtors experience, 3-5 years
    • Experience working in a high-pressure environment, 3-5 years
    • MS Office experience, 3-5 years
    • Legal commercial/ corporate experience, 1 year

    Qualifications:

    • Matric/Grade 12
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics or related field
