Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales, service, and administrative staff
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
Monitor and analyze financial performance, and take corrective actions as needed
Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers
Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies
Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, pricing, and merchandising
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to employees
Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to make informed business decisions
Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote the dealership
Qualifications:
Grade 12
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in business administration or related field (Advantageous)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales and operations
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability goals
Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software
