Dealership Administrator Western Cape, Knysna at Astor Automotive Recruitment

• Your duties will include capturing information, keeping records up to date, preparing invoices, filing documents, managing emails, handling general office administration, assisting with basic accounts when needed, and helping with the day-to-day running of the dealership.
• To apply you will need at least 6 months of administration experience, speak English fluently, and have good written and verbal communication skills. You should have good computer skills and be able to pick up new systems quickly.
• We’re looking for someone who is organised, accurate, and reliable, with a friendly, helpful attitude and a willingness to get involved. You should also be comfortable working independently and managing everyday tasks.

Job Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• A valid Drivers License (Beneficial)
• Proven Admin experience
• Good computer skills: Able to pick up new systems quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Stable work history
