• Rola is a trusted name in the automotive sector, renowned for delivering exceptional vehicles and outstanding customer experiences. We are currently seeking an  F&I Assistant to join our busy dealership floor at our Rola Motors Mercedes-Benz/FCA/OPC dealerships.
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional F&I Assistant to support our Finance & Insurance Manager.  The successful candidate will assist with finance and insurance administration, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide excellent customer service throughout the vehicle sales process.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Minimum 1–2 years' administrative experience, preferably within a motor dealership environment.
• Previous experience in vehicle finance and insurance administration will be advantageous.
• Seriti & Galaxi systems knowledge highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of dealership management systems and finance processes is beneficial.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's licence (advantageous).
• Fluent in Afrikaans & English
• Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Assist the F&I Manager with the preparation and processing of vehicle finance and insurance applications.
• Ensure all finance and insurance documentation is accurately completed and submitted to relevant financial institutions.
• Verify customer information and supporting documents for completeness and compliance.
• Liaise with banks, insurance providers, customers, and dealership staff regarding finance applications and approvals.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and electronic records of all F&I transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and pending finance approvals.
• Monitor deal files to ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
• Provide professional customer service and support throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Perform general administrative duties within the F&I department.
