Dean of Student Affairs (Five Year Contract) at University of Limpopo

Purpose:

The purpose of the job is to lead and manage student affairs in the university.

Requirements:

• Doctoral qualification, ideally in humanities (social sciences/education/etc).
• A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, at least six of which have been in a senior management capacity.
• Knowledge of and experience in student funding and governance, etc.
• Proven track record in facilitating constructive conflict resolution.
• Knowledge/understanding of student politics.

• Strategic planning for and oversight of operational management of student Affairs.
