Deal with accounts under debt review, administration, sequestration, debt consolidation and debt mediation, as well as administration orders, court notices and court orders.
Be able to effectively engage with customers and escalate matters where necessary
To action administrative duties related to specialised collections
Allocate payments received to the corresponding accounts and deal with refunds.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1 year experience within a Debt Review environment will be advantageous

Must have a Senior Certificate – Grade 12
Available to work Saturdays as business requires
