Debtors Clerk - Lichtenburg at Henwil Chickens Corporate

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/National Senior Certificate is a requirement.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Debtors Clerk.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organization and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent people skills.
• Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure.
• High level of accuracy is required.
• Hardworking, honest, and self-motivated.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Allocation of deposits.
• Reconciliation of monthly statements, accounts, cash clients and overdue clients.
• Monitoring overdue account and following up with customers to secure payment.
• Responsible for the release of orders.
• Follow up on payments and overdue payments.
• Processing of credit notes and receipt books.
• Processing of new applications and increasing limits.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, invoices, payments, and correspondence.
