We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Decision Support Analyst / Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll support our business leaders and finance business partners by providing insights, analysis, and reporting to help drive sound commercial decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business performance, identify trends, and assist in delivering actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
Support the Finance Business Partnering team in delivering financial insights and analysis to business leaders.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes.
Prepare and maintain financial dashboards and performance metrics.
Contribute to variance analysis, identifying key drivers of performance against plan.
Support decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and relevant financial information.
Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to understand financial implications of key business initiatives.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership reviews.
Participate in ad hoc analysis and projects aimed at improving business efficiency and profitability.
Contribute ideas to process improvement and automation within the finance function.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in a finance, analytics, or business support role (internship or graduate experience acceptable).
Knowledge of financial principles and basic business acumen.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, proactive, and “can-do” attitude — eager to learn and take initiative.
Comfortable working with data and financial models.
Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools would be an advantage.
