• To translate and manage the Business demand into workable IT solutions that adds lasting benefit to the business and to successfully deliver these solutions through projects, initiatives and leveraging external (third party) partnerships.

We can’t live without

• University degree, Certificates or Diplomas in Project Management, Business Analysis beneficial
• Strong track record in system project management, business analysis, and/or business process blueprinting and engineering; proven track record of successful delivery of complex implementation or integration projects
• Experience as IT Delivery Manager, IT Demand Manager and or Senior Business Analyst on behalf of internal customers is key for this position

Skills you need to have

• Close contact with customers (key users, management) must be evident from previous experience
• Able to build trustworthy relationship with stakeholders
• Experience with acting between business & IT service organization, being persuasive when required
• Drive for excellence in operations/execution instead of process manager/consultant.
• Able to manage client expectations

• The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both in written language and verbal
• The candidate must have a keen willingness to learn and understand the business processes, roles and rules

• The candidate must be a solution orientated problem solver

A day in the life (your duties and responsibilities)

• To identify opportunities with key stakeholders including external partners to enable Business Improvement.
• To ensure effective people management and development in order to drive partners and suppliers to perform and transform and innovate
• To ensure commercial benefit is achieved with new contracts and services and to manage vendor performance.
• To develop sound business cases that enables workable solutions relating to process and systems.
• To ensure that the project pipeline is realistic and delivered according to the business case.
• To ensure effective change management to enable optimal business benefit.
• To provide functional expertise and best practice guidance.
• To provide clear IT strategy for the line of business.
• To manage IT Risk and adherence Group IT Governance standards
