We’re looking for an Operational Department Coordinator. This role will include but is not limited to, coordinating and managing executive scheduling, support board meetings, the preparation of board packs as well as effective Minute taking.
The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the Executive needs. Successful candidates will need to build effective relationships across a broad set of internal and external stakeholders and be an ambassador for the culture and values of the organisation.
Professionalism, integrity are critical as this role as is exposed to sensitive information.
