Deputy Director: Administrative Support and Coordination: Office of the MEC at Mpumalanga Department Economic Development and Tourism

REQUIREMENTS :

• An appropriate SAQA recognised NQF level 7 qualification in Public Administration/Public Management/Business Administration or relevant qualification, with a minimum of (3) years relevant work experience at an entry/junior managerial level (Assistant Director Level or equivalent). A valid driver’s license.

DUTIES :

Manage the administrative activities in the Office of the Executive Authority (EA) which include:

• Providing administrative support and receptionist services in the Office of the EA.
• Liaise with internal and external role players with regard to matters relating to the portfolio of the executive authority. Render a Cabinet/executive council support service to the executive authority.
• Providing Registry support services in the Office of the EA: Providing logistical support for the meetings of the EA. Supervision of staff.
