About the Role

• We are hiring a Designer / Web Developer with strong UX instincts and a solid foundation in both graphic design and web development. You will create polished, user-friendly websites, support brand identity work, and bring ideas to life through clean design and thoughtful digital execution.
• This role blends creative design, UX-centric problem solving, and hands-on web development. It is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, comfortable with agency-style workflows, and motivated to produce work that is both visually compelling and technically sound.

Key Responsibilities
Web Design and UX Execution

• Design modern, responsive websites with a clear focus on usability
• Translate wireframes and requirements into web-ready designs
• Apply UX best practices to improve user journeys and elevate engagement

Web Development and Implementation

• Build and customize websites in WordPress
• Apply front-end styling, layout, and design adjustments
• Ensure cross-device compatibility and clean site performance

Graphic Design and Branding

• Produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets
• Support brand identity development and visual consistency
• Create marketing collateral as needed for digital initiatives

Quality Assurance

• Review site builds for accuracy, function, and visual alignment
• Test page layouts, links, forms, and interactive elements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with strategists, content creators, and developers
• Translate creative direction into clear deliverables
• Communicate progress, timelines, and needs proactively

What We Are Looking For

• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, UX thinking, and graphic design
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and accessibility
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into consistent digital experiences
• Clear communication and organized project management habits
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a design or agency environment
• Graphic Design diploma or equivalent experience

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Creative Suite
• WordPress
• Canva
• Experience with UX design and front-end implementation
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with consistency

Work Requirements

• 100 percent remote work-from-home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time

Must have:

• Personal computer and dual monitors
• Quiet, professional workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Backup power supply if applicable
