• We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Desktop Engineer with strong expertise in end-user desktop support, ITSM ticket management, software installation, PC hardware, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional IT support to users at all organizational levels, from C-suite executives to administrative staff, while maintaining professionalism, excellent communication, and a customer-first approach.

• Troubleshooting skills

Qualifications:
Qualifications Essential/Knowledge

• National Senior Certificate/ Senior Certificate/ Grade 12
• English - Can converse and has the necessary email skills to be able to deal with relevant stakeholders
• Pass typical recruitment checks (criminal, qualification, ID verification checks, etc.)
• Comptia A+

Qualifications preferred/knowledge

• M365 Endpoint Administrator
• M365 Administration
• Comptia N+
• M365 Security Administration
• Microsoft Certification Expert level Advantageous
• Active Directory advantageous
