Desktop support specialist (KZN)
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Matric
- Experience 2 years
- Location KwaZulu-Natal
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive service desk request on helpdesk application or phone
- Provide 1st land 2nd level support
- Close incident
- Escalate unresolved incidents
- Follow-up of escalated incidents with users
- Set-up of new PC’s for users (incl. set-up of office equipment cabling)
- Assist with administration of Intranet for allocated users
- User support training / coaching
- Supplier liaison with regard to IT equipment
Minimum Requirements
- 2 years experience in a desktop support environment
- Grade 12 plus A+ / N+ / MCTS qualification
