Developmental Support Assistant | Bryanston | R13 000 - R15 000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Area: Bryanston
• Children’s Ages: Boy – 12 years
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 12:00
• Duties: Working on expressive language development, structured communication routines, motor coordination activities, guided reading readiness, attention-building activities, social understanding through structured interaction, following parent-directed developmental programs, this guided developmental support position working closely with mom
• Special Requirements: Experience supporting children with developmental differences, be patient, observant, and consistent, be physically active and willing to participate in movement-based exercises, OT experience, SEN experience, ND experience
• Curriculum: Mixed curriculum (US, UK and Singapore)
• Start Date and contract term: April – June 2026 (option to extend and continue online when the family goes back)
• Salary: R13 000 – R15 000 per month – dependent on experience (Gross, before deductions)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
