You will be required to Steer Operational Excellence within the domain where DevOps services are provided.
Drive continuous improvement related to DevSecOps Quality overall (Processes, KPIs, Skillsets etc.)
Active collaboration with Delivery Managers regarding areas of improvement within their respective teams.
Monitor and report on monthly OPS KPI achievements and ensure that below target KPI’s improve by way of knowledge sharing and coaching of the various teams.
QlikView Operations KPI knowledge including training/knowledge sharing to teams.
In-depth knowledge of Change, Incident and Problem Management including training/knowledge sharing to teams.
In depth understanding and experience in Configuration Management, Technical as well as Business Management.
Support teams to ensure compliance within the Product environment.
Technical Lifecyle Management: Support with ordering and managing of infrastructure and analysing/monitoring the month-to-month consumption cost for various applications; Assist with the retiring of applications / decommissioning of infrastructure; Update Technical Architecture etc.
Manage and update security patches for Products Web, Linux and PostgreSQL.
IT Security Compliance, Support teams with their IT Security Documentation; Cloud Security KPIs etc.
IAM (Identity and Access Management) support.
Assist with driving relevant key initiatives such as ITSM,NEXT.
Minimum Requirements
IT / Business Degree / Diploma
ITIL IT Service Management Certification (advantageous)
3 – 5 years IT Service Management experience in terms of Processes, KPIs and Quality Management.
Broad experience with DevOps Processes and tools.
Broad experience with ITIL principles and processes, in particular related to IT Delivery and Operations.
In-depth knowledge of Problem, Incident and Change Management as well as Configuration Management.
Knowledge and experience with project management principles and methodologies, related to software development.
Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies.
Excellent skills in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence) to the level of providing hands-on coaching in these components.
In-depth understanding of On-Premises Infrastructure.
General understanding of AWS Cloud and the AWS Product Services with the focus on Security findings and Cost Management/Cloud Billing.
