Minimum Requirements    
Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Studying towards or interested in pursuing CIMA or other relevant qualifications (advantageous but not required).
• Interest in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and blockchain.
• A willingness to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience or exposure to blockchain is an advantage but not essential.

Duties and Responsibilities    
Role and Responsibilities:

The role is wide-ranging and will develop as the business continues to grow. These are some of the main roles and responsibilities associated with the position:

• Provide support on a variety of accounting, audit, tax, and advisory tasks.
• Assist with data processing, financial recordkeeping, and the preparation of client reports.
• Support the team with day-to-day project activities, with a view to gradually progress into more independent project responsibilities over time.
• Industry Learning: Continuously develop your knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and digital assets through training, research, and attending industry events.
• Compliance Support: Assist in tracking regulatory changes and supporting compliance activities for client projects.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality work and contribute to the team’s goals.
