• We are searching for a Digital Content & Design Assistant to support the marketing team’s daily operations, focusing on creating, designing, and managing digital content across social media platforms and the company website.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Design
• Create engaging, on-brand digital content, including graphics, videos, and multimedia assets.
• Design visuals for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and website updates.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and supports branding efforts.
• Use tools like Canva, Photopea, or Adobe Express to develop creative assets.
• Social Media Content Management
• Schedule and publish designed content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Maintain visual consistency and uphold the company’s brand image in all social media content.
• Respond to comments and messages, ensuring consistent brand tone and voice.
• Website Content Support
• Upload and maintain website content, including images, banners, and product listings.
• Ensure website visuals are engaging, on-brand, and optimised for user experience.
• Brand-Building & Multimedia Design
• Contribute to the development of the company’s brand identity through consistent, high-quality design work.
• Assist in the creation of multimedia content (short videos, GIFs, animations) for branding purposes.
• Support affiliate marketing by creating design assets for promotional links and campaigns.
• Administrative Support
• Prepare and organize content templates for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in coordinating design-related aspects of marketing campaigns and events.
