The Digital Content Specialist role is to support the implementation and operations of the technology strategy for AB InBev Africa’s digital content and digital consumer experience and capabilities.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
Manage work allocation and work with offshore resources to deliver digital services
Work with Global Brand Protection team to help mitigate digital asset risks
Engage with support teams to resolve digital security risks
Work closely with SharePoint support team to resolve user problems
Assist with file migration to SharePoint online
Maintain support for internal Beernet portal
Profile
IT / Computer Science related B Degree or Diploma
Minimum 2 years' experience in SharePoint, digital and Internet-based support
Curious and passionate about Technology Operations.
Broad knowledge of the rapidly evolving Technology landscape including Digital Workplace, Internet-based Security, Digital Certificate Management, SharePoint Development and Support, etc.
Ability to understand technical issues and how they impact on the business
