    Digital Creative Lead - Centurion

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Creative Lead to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking and highly creative individual with a strong passion for digital design and branding.
    • As a Digital Creative Lead, you will be responsible for conceptualizing new digital campaigns with a strong platform-specific focus, ensuring alignment with the brand and marketing objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Conceptual Thinking and Creative Problem Solving:

    • Spearhead the conceptualization of new digital campaigns with a strong emphasis on platform-specific strategies and solutions.
    • Develop and implement creative strategies that challenge the status quo, fostering unique, platform-tailored ideas and experiences.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in creative problem-solving, leveraging this knowledge to craft innovative digital campaigns and experiences.

    Digital Content Creation:

    • Create and design compelling digital assets, including websites, landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and more.
    • Oversee the production of multimedia content, such as videos, animations, and interactive graphics.
    • Ensure the optimization of digital content for various platforms and devices.

    Brand Consistency:

    • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and refine the brand's digital presence.

    Project Management:

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content teams, to deliver integrated digital campaigns.

    Quality Control:

    • Conduct regular quality checks on digital assets and user interfaces to ensure high standards of design and functionality.
    • Continuously improve and refine the user experience and design of digital products.

    Competencies:

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development technologies is a plus.
    • A Portfolio required for any candidate to be considered.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    Experience:

    • 7 + years’ experience in the digital creative field.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design and prototyping tools.
    • Strong knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and responsive design.
