Digital Data Architect
OUTsurance is a customer-centric and dynamic financial services company with a global foot print and a proud history of innovation. We are vibrant, successful and values orientated with an awesome dynamic culture encapsulated by the ethos that clients and staff “always get something OUT.” Our success can be attributed, amongst other things, to the outstanding people that work for us.
The actuarial and analytics department requires the service of a self-motivated individual, a go-getter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure. As the Digital Data Architect, you will work closely with the Digital Analytics Support team members, product owners, IT / BI developers and consultants from internal / partner organisations to ensure our data driven principle is lived and breathed in every proposition.
Qualifications and experience
Using data effectively requires the right data architecture, built on a foundation of business requirements. Meeting leading-edge business requirements, such as real-time customer and decision support, and large-scale analytics requires the integration of traditional data warehousing with new technologies.
Duties and responsibilities
An ideal candidate will be able to align their personal work values to the OUTsurance values of passion, profitability, recognition, people development, honesty, respect and awesome service. Being enthusiastic in dealing with challenges in a stressful, deadline orientated environment is essential. Most important of all, someone who takes their work serious, but not themselves.
