Digital Delivery Manager at Zutari

The DDM’s core responsibility is to act as the driver for the implementation of our digital way of working across multiple projects in our Buildings Team.

Role responsibilities

• Ensure unit alignment with our global digital strategy
• Drive disciplined information management practices, aligned with our delivery standards and drive automation of designs
• Transform our design intent models into Digital Twins
• Ensure ISO19650 compliance across all our projects
• Enhance our digital delivery, ensuring geolocation and project data accuracy
• Development of Digital Implementation Project Plans, BEPs, Digital Work Plans, etc.
• Generate reports/dashboards detailing digital compliance (e.g. model health dashboards)
• Provide strong team leadership across multi-disciplinary teams delivering our digital projects
• Drive skill development of our team, future-proofing our digital skillset
• Have strong project management skills, ensuring we deliver on-time, within budget, whilst exceeding deliverable expectations

Minimum requirements

• Minimum of a BEng or other relevant degrees
• Autodesk Certified Professional
• Minimum of at least 10 years or more experience digitally modelling, coordinating and leading large scale projects within the built environment, preferably within a consulting engineering environment
• Expert knowledge with the Autodesk suit (Revit, Navisworks, B360) as you’ll act as unit’s Expertise Lead
• Experience with coordination tools, such as Navisworks, BIMTrack, BIM Glue and/or Revizto
• Strong knowledge across multiple digital areas including : information management including the development of digital workflows, digital modelling in Revit, Dynamo, Python, Rhino, analysis of data and federating and coordinating deliverables from various native sources.
