    Digital Engagement and Website Manager(Johannesburg or Cape Town)

    Your ‘day to day’

    • Develop and implement strategic and tactical goals for eCRM and website management across all Reduced-Risk Products (RRPs).
    • Ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition to retention, enhancing lifetime value.
    • Collaborate with Customer Insight & Retention teams for retention strategies.
    • Analyse data alongside Marketing and Customer Experience teams to improve operational performance. Design and handle eCRM journeys in collaboration with local and global teams.
    • Implement standard methodologies in eCRM and website management for business growth.
    • Engage with partners for business requirements and strategies.
    • Lead content generation and provide regular performance reports and market insights.
    • Flexible planning and execution of eCRM communications for cultivate and retention programs.
    • Develop A/B testing strategies to improve engagement metrics.
    • Manage workflow processes in marketing/sales cycles with close collaboration across teams.
    • Data management for campaign segmentation and consumer insights.
    • Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
    • Lead all aspects of website and landing page optimization for mobile and desktop.
    • Collaborate for content creation, funnel mapping, and performance analysis.

    Who we’re looking for

    • Completed degree in a relevant field
    • Project Management certification will advantageous
    • Solid working experience within a corporate environment
    • 5+ years' experience in website management and development team leadership
    • 5+ years' experience in User Experience (UX) on various platforms.
    • 3+ years’ people management experience
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and understanding of SEO optimization techniques.
    • Project management skills, with a focus on managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing tools (e.g., Unbounce, Lead Pages, Optimizely).
    • Expertise in CRO and organic search concepts.
    • Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS for email deployment.
    • Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise.
    • Experience with audience segmentation and database management.
    • Strong problem-solving, creative, and negotiation skills.
    • Solid track record in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
