Digital Lead: Marketplace Partnerships at The South African Breweries (SAB)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Marketplace Execution & Performance

• Execute Marketplace initiatives aligned to the SA BEES monetisation and commercial strategy.
• Support revenue, pricing, and margin execution to ensure Marketplace competitiveness.
• Track and report on Marketplace KPIs including revenue, volume, margin, and partner performance.

Cross‑Functional Enablement

• Partner with Logistics, Sales, Solutions, Finance, and Legal to enable effective Marketplace execution.
• Support governance processes, issue resolution, and execution follow‑through across stakeholders.
• Coordinate inputs and actions required to deliver Marketplace priorities.

Partner & Portfolio Execution

• Support the build and activation of a prioritized Marketplace partner pipeline.
• Assist in partner onboarding, commercial negotiations, and performance tracking.
• Manage day‑to‑day partner engagement and service delivery against agreed KPIs.

Operations & Marketplace Enablement

• Support SKU onboarding, portfolio expansion, and operational readiness of Marketplace partners.
• Monitor logistics and distribution KPIs and flag risks or improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enable Marketplace scale and efficiency.
