    Digital Marketing Coordinator - Claremont

    Job description

    Your Duties and Responsibilities...

    • You will be ensuring that live campaigns are running as intended and that all deliverables for future campaigns have been briefed in and are being worked on.
    • You will complete internal briefs related to digital marketing that are part of a larger campaigns, see these through to execution and monitor performance.
    • You will liaise with your marketing partners, stakeholders and team members involved to ensure we are always providing the best service and solution at our disposal.
    • Ongoing market and competitor analysis, to use as inspiration and align our digital marketing strategy is future focussed and relevant to our current needs.
    • Managing certain digital touchpoints (like campaign landing pages, user journeys, paid media and inbound marketing campaigns, location data) and assisting complimentary touchpoints (SEO, our brand website, CRM) with guidance and expertise to ensure optimal performance.
    • Work closely with the CRM and Paid Media, content, brand, and product teams on campaigns. Evaluating their requirements and deliverables, developing briefs, and delivering the collateral needed on these campaigns.
    • To run with ad-hoc project briefs from other departments in the company, receiving the brief and executing in line with guidelines from brand, content, and product heads.
    • To support the CRM and Digital Marketing leads by owning and managing the requirements needed to execute successful campaigns.
    • To monitor and report on marketing channel performance across paid media, SEO and CRM using analytics and tracking tools. Using these insights to work with those responsible for delivering campaigns to ensure performance meets the objective and KPIs set out.
    • To work on multiple projects concurrently with internal and external stakeholders. This includes, but not limited to monthly sales campaigns, product launches and rebrands, and member focused campaigns.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on timing and deliverables of various projects, ensuring briefs are actioned and content delivered on time.
    • Managing the briefing of creative assets with our studio and ensuring delivery of these to the various stakeholders on time and in full.
    • Being able to communicate requirements to website developers and assist in completing and testing of campaign user journeys.
    • Analyse campaign performance and being able to communicate and present results to the stakeholders involved in each instance.

    Minimum requirements

    We can’t live without…

    • 3 years of experience in a digital marketing co-ordinator type of role. This can be either in a marketing team, or in agency as a client service lead or operational lead.
    • Experience working with all relevant digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, CRM, SEO)
    • A team player that thrives on collaboration
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Process Driven – You will need to manage multiple stakeholders (both internal and external), co-ordinate these relationships to drive deliverables on time and to expectation.
    • Project management skills - working with competing deadlines, managing input and sign-off from brand, content and media heads and ensuring assets are ready for campaign go-lives
    • Coolness under deadline pressure

    We’d love you to have…

    • Hands on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Hubspot or any competitors
    • A high tolerance for ambiguity from non-marketing stakeholders, being able to translate business goals into digital marketing goals
    • Ability to be productive in a high-paced, uncertain environment
