    Digital Marketing Manager - Blouberg

    Main Purpose of the Job    
    This is an opportunity for a truly outstanding, digitally savvy marketer. As marketing manager, you will be responsible for building the Pam Golding brand in terms of reputation and sales along the Western Seaboard Franchise, and you will oversee all marketing activities, across all platforms, from strategy to execution.

    • Remuneration - negotiable depending on experience.

    Key Responsibilities    
    Digital

    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns;
    • Measure and analyse performance of digital marketing campaigns;
    • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on the company’s various social media pages (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news);
    • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
    • Monitoring and updating pages on Google;
    • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in digital and social media, design tools and applications;
    • Perform regular updates to website pages through an internal system and WordPress;
    • Write creative and insightful copy optimised for the relevant platform and SEO optimised where possible;
    • Launching and optimising PPC campaigns;
    • Monitoring budgets and overseeing search platform account;
    • Tracking KPIs and producing insightful reports;

    Social

    • Plan and execute social media organic and paid campaigns;
    • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification;
    • Build and maintain the company’s social media presence;
    • Measure and analyse performance of social media campaigns;
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign spend and performance based on the insights;
    • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews;
    • Manage budgets allocated to marketing campaigns;
    • Ensure agent’s social media content is consistent, relevant and appropriate in design across all company platforms;
    • Provide weekly training to agents and teach them how to optimise their social media presence in their hyperlocal area;

    Design

    • Collaborate with internal teams to create unique marketing collateral;
    • Amend and populate templates;
    • Create, manage, and produces digital design solutions for a variety of uses.

    Key Competencies    

    • Strategically minded with a passion for all things digital;
    • Flair for creativity and the ability to generate imaginative, creative solutions;
    • Solid understanding of Digital and Social Media principles and best practice campaign execution;
    • Strong interest in the property marketing, housing, homes, communities and neighborhoods;
    • Ability to deliver clear briefs which leverage brand against a set of deliverables;
    • High energy, passionate and enthusiastic.

    Education & Experience    

    • A diploma in Digital Marketing will be advantageous 
    • At least three to five (3-5) years of experience in a similar role;
    • Proven experience working in an omnichannel environment with a digital flair;
    • Some Agency experience would be advantageous, and should ideally have experience with creative work and processes required to create category-defining work;
    • Experienced and confident in creating content under tight timelines.

    Knowledge & Skills Required    

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with good copywriting skills;
    • Extensive experience in Facebook, Google PCC, Instagram, YouTube and other digital interfaces;
    • Experience in setting up a WordPress website, with the ability to optimise for search engines.
