Oversee the implementation of a CRM platform, ensuring accurate segmentation, data management, and insightful analysis of customer interactions.
Develop and implement dynamic CRM strategies to nurture contacts, guiding them through the sales funnel and converting them into loyal customers and referrals.
Monitor and analyse customer behaviour to uncover trends and engagement opportunities.
Gain a deep understanding of customer personas, visitor journeys, funnels, CTAs, intent, and segmentation.
Provide regular feedback to the Head of Revenue, sharing insights on the performance of database marketing and newsletters.
Engage in social media management, website content management, email marketing, and paid media to drive business growth.
What you need:
A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
Previous experience working in a digital content or marketing agency environment is advantageous.
Experience working with Canva, Asana, Google Docs, Dropbox, WordPress / Webflow
Experience with Adobe Software would be beneficial.
Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) would be beneficial.
