About the jobs

Semantica Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with solid experience in the following:

• Minimum 2yrs experience in digital marketing management
• Google Ads (search and display qualifications required)
• Understanding of Google UA/GA4
• Google Tag Manager (experience required)
• Google Data Studio (ROAS based reporting)
• Search Engine Optimisation (at least 2yrs, up to date experience of analysis & reporting)
• Copywriting (English – a communications qualification would be an advantage)
• Content Marketing – you understand how content influences SEO & Ads
• Social Media Management & Marketing
• Facebook Business/Ads Manager – you spend time in campaign land daily and know how to strategise, implement and report on campaigns.
• Email Marketing (you’re familiar with most of the top email sending platforms)
• Digital Marketing Strategy – you have a keen understanding of strategising, planning & executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Conversion Rate Optimisation (for lead generation & e-commerce would be advantageous)
• Trello or similar KANBAN project management system experience would be an advantage
• Creative Ability (Photoshop, Canva)
• Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
• CMS (WordPress, Wix, Shopify) Content Management Capabilities
• Understanding of CRM systems (optional, but would add value)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
