As part of our commitment to nurturing future talent, we are offering a 12-month internship opportunity to a passionate and driven Software Intern to join our team in Johannesburg.

What You’ll Do

As a Digital Offerings Intern, you will:

• Support DO team with day to day sales support activities. Including updating documentation and solution information.
• Gather working knowledge of product catalogue applications.
• Liaise between Product Management and Sales teams on solution requirements.
• Attend and provide input at internal technical pre-sales meetings
• Assist Project Managers to drive project closure when required
• Learn and maintain knowledge of industry, market and solutions portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate in Information Technology or related fields.
• CompSci or IT qualification in associated field preferred.
• Demonstrate Knowledge of cloud computing, PaaS/SaaS, - Qualification helpful but not required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of telecommunication and networking technology.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and client environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to learn, contribute actively, and take ownership of tasks.
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
