    Digital Performance Officer (Brackenfell)

    Description

    • We’re looking for a Digital Performance Officer to take the reins of our Paid Media, SEO, and CRM Campaigns, driving measurable digital growth and ensuring that every click, search, and email adds up to something brilliant.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Paid Media Magic

    • Mastermind campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and more
    • Keep budgets, bids, and metrics in check (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA—your alphabet soup)
    • Serve up reports with insights sharper than a well-placed keyword
    • Collaborate with e-Commerce and Social teams to ensure ads are as on-brand as they are on-point

    SEO & AEO Excellence

    • Conduct keyword research that turns searches into sales.
    • Audit, optimise, and elevate site performance for both humans and algorithms.
    • Build dynamic dashboards, monitor traffic trends, and find new ways to make our brand the answer to every question (literally, thanks to AEO).
    • Spot link-building and content opportunities that others overlook.

    HubSpot & CRM Wizardry

    • Run HubSpot campaigns like a pro — from lists and workflows to emails and landing pages.
    • Tag, track, and report with precision (UTMs are your love language).
    • Segment, automate, and nurture leads like a digital gardener.
    • Support internal teams with HubSpot adoption and ensure data flows as smoothly as your campaigns.

    Reporting & Insights

    • Deliver sharp, actionable performance reports across Paid Media, SEO, and CRM.
    • Share insights with e-Commerce and Social teams to fuel smarter cross-platform strategies.
    • Keep an eye on competitors and stay ahead of digital trends — because standing still isn’t your style.

    Requirements

    What We Are Looking for:

    • Diploma in Digital Marketing (NQF Level 6) — Degree preferred (NQF Level 7)
    • Google Ads, Meta Ads, and HubSpot Marketing Hub certifications? Even better
    • Valid Code B Driver’s Licence (for when you need to swap pixels for pavement)
    • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO strategy tools like SEMrush
    • HubSpot CRM experience — lists, workflows, and reporting are your playground
    • Strong analytical and reporting abilities (Excel sheets don’t scare you)
    • A flair for collaboration, creativity, and campaign execution
    • Someone who is results-driven and delightfully data-obsessed
    • Agile, adaptable, and always two steps ahead of changing algorithms
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and never afraid to try something new (as long as you can track it)
