    Social Media and Content Production Intern

    Requirements:

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • N6 certificate in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
    • Applicants must provide a portfolio or link to a digital folder (Canva, Google Drive) showcasing previous social media content or creative work.

    The skills we need:

    • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets (vlookups, pivots, data validation, etc.), Google Workspace
    • Effective time-management and organizational skills
    • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong "know-how" of design principles and proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

    Key responsibilities:

    • Assist in the daily execution of the Personal Shopper Program’s social media strategy, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement
    • Produce high-quality visual assets (static images, GIFs, and short-form video) using tools like Canva or Photoshop to support the team’s ongoing design needs.
    • Support the rollout of marketing campaigns for both internal stakeholders and external partners to drive program awareness.
    • Translate program benefits and updates into engaging social content that resonates with our community of personal shoppers.
    • Ensure all content produced aligns with the Takealot Group brand guidelines while maintaining the unique voice of the Personal Shopper Program.
