Platform Management: Own and manage our internal communication platforms (e.g. intranet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, email tools, SMS, WhatsApp for Business, etc.)
Content Publishing: Support the publishing of engaging content across digital channels, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
Platform Optimisation: Continuously evaluate digital tools and workflows to ensure platforms are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with business needs.
Troubleshooting: Act as first-line support for internal stakeholders needing help with communication platforms.
Insights & Reporting: Track platform usage and engagement metrics, and use data to drive improvements.
Channel Strategy: Work with the internal communication team to select the most effective digital channels for campaigns and day-to-day updates.
Governance & Best Practice: Develop and uphold content standards, templates, naming conventions, and governance protocols for digital platforms.
Innovation: Stay up to date with digital communication trends and bring fresh ideas for improving the digital employee experience.
Poster & Visual Asset Management: Coordinate the design, printing, distribution, and timely updating of physical posters across all office locations.
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in digital communication, internal communication, or platform management.
Strong knowledge of internal communication tools (e.g. SharePoint, MS Teams, Mailers, WhatsApp, SMS, or similar).
Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail, especially when managing content or data.
Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative with a passion for employee experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Experience in a large corporate or fast-paced organisation.
Exposure to communication campaigns and/or change communication initiatives.
